Our Amber Ale is made with a complex mix of nine supreme malts and three audacious varieties of American and British hops. Matured to perfection to satisfy the most demanding taste.

Food Pairing: Beef, Seafood, Poultry. Sharp Cheeses  such  as Blue cheese,  Matured Cheddar

 Tasting Notes:

Deep Amber in color, with a rich and complex multi-layered taste and a tight creamy head. A deeply balanced and pleasing malt character . Generous use of hops in the background and an everlasting aftertaste.

Malts: Pale Ale, Vienna, CaraAmber, CaraHell, CaraPils,CaraAroma, Melanoiden, Wheat, Acid Malt

Hops: Cascade, Willamette, East Kent Goldings

Yeast : Prime’s Lazarus Yeast


4.5% ABV
